This game follows the same story but is more difficult than Super Battle Skin Panic.

Card game rule:
- Defeats
1) Contestant dies when her Health reaches zero.
2) Contestant is crippled when her Shame reaches 85-100 then surrenders at some point above 100. Effective to subdue an enemy with high Defense.

- Undressing
Using an Undress card causes its user to undress, change her appearance and increase her Attack but also Shame and decrease her Defense. It cannot be done more than 3 times.
NOTE: One of the enemies does not undress with the card but undresses according to her Health.

- Cards
攻Attack: Decreases the enemy’s Health.
防Defend: Increases the user’s Defense. NOTE: Defense point has a limit.
回Recover: Increases the user’s Health.
恥Shame: Increases the enemy’s Shame. Invalid if the enemy is not undressed. WARNING: Many enemies are impervious and one of them even retaliates when attacked with this card.
無恥Shameless: Decreases the user’s Shame.
脱衣Undress: Undresses the user unless she is fully undressed.
全快Full recovery: Fully restores the user's Health.
JOKER: Causes a special effect such as a strong attack or enemy paralysis depending on the battle and situation.
