An MSX copycat company similar to Zemina. Most of their games are unofficial ports. They also produced Joysticks and Famiclones, among other things.

Prosoft and Clover use practically identical boxes, and the same type of product codes (CSG-0xxx), so they are probably related somehow. Also Daewoo used CSG product codes.
